Fixed a variety of issues with the auction matching stuff, which, with all the server moves and upgrades, has unfortunately been broken since at least Dec 2011.
- automated auction matching and watchlist email sending tasks have been restored
- automated "vitals" refreshing task restored (responsible for making sure that searches still work as expected after things like category names have changed)
- fix issue with custom search strings not making it into the vitals or being considered when constructing automatic search strings
