Hi,
I've previously used the collection download function as a way to keep track of my collection for insurance purposes.
Previously when I've used it, the line/subline data has downloaded as well e.g. Transformers\Animated\Deluxe Class\ before Sentinel Prime. When I've downloaded today, this is missing.I sort of need this to know which Optimus Prime I'm looking at haha
Can this be instated?
Thanks!
Jon
Jon,
It should be fixed - if you could re-download your collection to confirm, that would be great.
Thanks,
MIKE

I have downloaded my collection and I think it looks good.
There is a line/subline header followed by the individual figures.
I don't know if a tab could be added before the figure name. So that in Excel, if a sort filter is applied, the subline header, and figure name are not in the same column. It may not be a good idea.
tusko, you're seeing something like this?:
Transformers > Rescue Bots > Energize > 2-Pack
Blades the Copter-Bot & Dr. Morocco
Boulder the Construction-Bot & Doc Green
Transformers > Rescue Bots > Energize > Beam Box > Game Packs
Blades the Copter-Bot
Boulder the Construction-Bot
Transformers > Rescue Bots > Energize > Beam Box > Game System
Beam Box Game System Expandable Starter Pack
If so, that's the way it should be.
Thanks for confirming!

Yes!
It looks like that!

I wondered about that myself. If you folks can figure out a sensible layout it's easy enough to prototype. Can you maybe come up with a mockup?
Yep - we're all back up and running now. Thanks for the fix!
