Who are these guys? I came across the names today while I was chasing around after mini-cons, but I can't seem to resolve them into a physical package. There's a page for them on the wiki:

http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Aerial_Extermina ... i-Con_Team

But it assigns them to Japanese Armada toy MM-17, which we already have here:

http://www.shmax.com/Package_Details/20 ... lt_Microns

Which is already linked to 3 toys with completely different names.

What's going on, here?

Apparently just a little (unofficial?) creative renaming from the Transformers Collectors' Club for the U.S. versions of those guys.  Jetstorm, Sonar & Runway are their official Hasbro names.

Mad, Shade, and Jack seem to be their Japanese names, following the wiki links...so, we're good.  :)

I... see. So those names never actually appear on any packaging?

So long as the club says it, it's official, it just...doesn't matter much, as the toys in those colorschemes didn't, and will probably never, get released over here. (Our 'Dark Saber' team was clear where Takara's was opaque-white, in case you just went YEAHBUHWHAT?).
Any excuse to cram new characters into a text story without worrying about how the Japanese names sound to an English-speaking readership, I guess.
