Today, Long Haul provides us with a glimpse of one of the more unique bits of Generation 1 merchandise, the evil Enemy (http://shmax.com/part_details/17990). To an unsuspecting Autobot, this merely
looks like a non-transforming version of the Frenzy/Rumble mold (http://shmax.com/part_details/19325), unceremoniously glued to an AM radio. In Enemy's opinion, that's the first, and last, mistake the Autobots will ever make. To prove how hardcore he is, he refused to take a name:
"Just let the Autobots know that I'm the enemy...and that I'm coming for 'em." After Enemy's first major victory, which entailed lulling an entire Autobot squadron to stasis-lock with 16 straight hours of incessant AM talk radio broadcasts, the Decepticon higher-ups were impressed, immediately initiating plans to clone Enemy. Only this time, they'd make a creature more effective, more powerful, more skilled than Enemy. How could they possibly create a warrior equal to, let alone, better than Enemy? Well, feast your eyes and ears on the even more fear-inducing RED AM radio backpack (http://shmax.com/img/transformers/figure/large/14000/14298.jpg)! Tremble in fear, Autobots, your day of reckoning is at hand.
