Updated our login library
* Fixed Yahoo login, which previously did not work at all. Yahoo login still seems a bit touchy and may require more love in the future.
* Google login account associations will unfortunately be lost with this upgrade. On your first login with Google after the upgrade, you will have to enter your username and password once to reassociate your account.
* Removed OpenId login. It was confusing and nobody ever used it, we decided to remove this option so we can focus our energy on the more popular choices.
Login still seems a little rough around the edges, I will be working on some refinements in this area in the near future. Let us know if you see any odd behavior or areas that need improvement.
