Armada made by Estrela (Brazil)

I've just learned that Estrela was at least alive and well around the time Armada toys were being made. I've come across this example of the Sea Minicon Team:

The quality of the image is lacking considerably, but I am wondering if it is worth creating an Armada Brazil section? For example, I know it was brought up before that we wouldn't add Classic Throttlebots from Portugal because they are just UK Classics with a Portugese sticker on the back of the package. In this Sea Minicon Team example, it *looks* like the difference is that the Estrela logo (and ISO information) on the front may be a sticker. Would this fall under the same category as the Throttlebot, or could this be something we could add?
