Bug fixes:
- collection ui part checklist wasn't saving (reported by Tripredacus)
- collection ui part checklist wasn't initializing to disabled for currently sealed items
- fix missing release info widget (reported by SoS)
Stuff you guys won't care about but has been keeping me busy:
- refactored all of the table editing tools to use the new shmax api and active record patterns. Hopefully I didn't break anything, and actually fixed a few minor things
