[RESOLVED]Can't modify a product

I tried adding some pics to the Prime Beast Hunters Cyberverse Airachnid, and I'm getting an HTTP 500 error when I click the submit button.

I can't modify a product either. I don't get an error, but page goes to here:
http://www.shmax.com/modify_product/11623
and I just have a blank page.

Regarding my edit, I wanted to add Hong Kong as an additional release. As noted by Might Gaine here:

These Encore Fort Max have different case boxes (no actual product change that I know of) indicating an HK release in addition to the Japanese one.
