More developments in the new profile page project:
- As promised a while back, I've added a "Collection privacy" option to the preferences page. You can set your collection to private, protected, or public.
- removed the old "View collection", "Edit Collection", and "Wishlist" options from the member menu (as they are all now handled by the new profile page)
- updated the sig help bbcode snippets to reference the new vanity urls
- now redirecting requests for "/view_collection" to the new vanity urls

- fixed the issue with search terms not persisting in the search box on the collection tab of the new profile page
