I spent a day or so trying to figure out the IE6 bug. It's a bit of a nightmare because once IE7 is installed on a Windows machine you can't go back to 6. I have a program that is supposed to simulate various versions of IE, but the program itself is loaded with bugs. So I've sort of given up on it for the moment so I can finish up the redesign of the "price paid" functionality, but once that's done I'll attack the IE6 problems again. Sorry for the inconvenince!

if it were up to me i would... but since i'm at work and not an administrator i can't update my clock... we get new computers in a few months so maybe it'll be a little more up to date.

Ah, okay, that's a bit more helpful, thanks. I'll work on this in the morning, but in the meantime why not upgrade your browser? Pretty much anything is a huge improvement over IE6 at this point. I recommend Chrome in particular for its blazing Javascript performance, which comes in handy on this site. Thanks for the bug...

here is a screenshot... of the "edit collection" page

it says error on page.
maybe i'm doing something wrong but i'm not seeing any options for "opened" "misb" "loose" or "farted on"

i also have been un able to add new purchases to my collection.

typically i log in, click browse, find the figure, check own, and it says saved briefly, that the old way i know... now i click add figure (with no additional options and nothing happens.

I had IE6 on my old computer and shmax suggested that I download Google Chrome.

It was well worth it, as Chrome displays the page so much faster than IE6.

I now have a new computer, with both IE7 and Chrome on it, and I find myself using both about equally.

So, if you can download Chrome, I recommend doing so.

Actually, you can roll back to IE6 at any time - as long as you haven't installed Service Pack 3 since installing IE7. If you install IE7 and then SP3, it can't be uninstalled. If you install SP3 and then IE7, you keep the ability to roll it back. It's a stupid pain in the rear, I know.

One of these days I'm gonna set up a virtual machine that I can test this stuff with, right as soon as I find some of that "spare time" stuff I haven't seen lately (also, I'll take pictures with some of this "spare time").

I appear to be stuck with IE7. But I'm downloading Virtual PC and an image for IE6, so we'll see where that gets me. Hang in there...
