It will run for the whole month of September, and so far we're on pace to amass more photos than a fraternity on a drunken panty-raid. The contest hasn't even been running for a day, yet we've already hit the 500 photo mark. As usual, Engledogg has leapt into the lead (with his opening move being the photo of
Autobot Gears seen to the left), but the all-niter has taken its toll and he's now passed-out cold in the laundry pile. Hellscream333, Wallas and Squallte are feverishly closing the gap. Remember, folks, you don't have to "win" the contest to earn a prize, you only need to earn a minimal proportion of the overall points. For example, the smallest prize in the list is valued at 2.5%. That means that if the contest generates 1000 points, you only need to come up with 25 points, which would be between 9 and 13 photos (depending on each photo's score--see the
contest page for details). And you thought you would never need to use the math you learned, again!
