This may be a long-shot, but would it be possibly to add entries for unreleased figures?

I'm specifically thinking about things like the 1st Movie Scouts - Backtrack, Gunbarrel and Reverb, espetially as many people are getting their hands on them now.

There are also others out there that you could consider like Universe Spacewarp and the Space Team Minicons that were meant to come with him, and Universe Drench and Smokescreen.

I'm a little confused--what do you mean when you say that people are now getting their hands on them? Does that mean they WERE released? For stuff that truly was never released, hmm, I'll have to ponder that one. I would have to sort of teach the system how to deal with them. For example, I would have to make sure that it doesn't get tallied when computing collection completion, and we would have to hide the "Add to Collection" link, and exclude it from various other operations. So it's doable, but it throws enough wrinkles into the system that it couldn't be done instantly. I'll keep it in mind the next time I'm sitting around wondering what to work on next, but my plate is pretty full at the moment.

If you've not seen it, they've been easily avaliable on TaoBao, for about $4.50 each.  USA style packaging, but with 2 sets of instructions.  Still not officially released, but it looks like they were intended for some market.

Check out some of the threads on TFW2005 and Seibertron about them.

I'm with Phill on this as I have also purchased these unreleased guys (Backtrack, Gunbarrel and Reverb) and would like them to count towards my total.

Hey guys, for now I'm going to defer to Engledogg on this one, as he's the one that does most of the data entry around here. But just as a reminder, one of these days we definitely will be expanding shmax.com to cover other toylines, and we plan to have a category for garage project stuff and other miscellanea like these unreleased toys. So one way or another they'll eventually make it onto the site--it just might not be soon. Hang in there...

Sorry to necro post this topic, but these things definitely do exist and have been "released" somewhere in China. By "released", I think they may have fallen off the back of a truck, and it appears they were intended for distribution in Mexico.

I'd like to add them, but I wanted some consensus.

In regards to something like Spacewave, though, I don't think he ever made it passed the prototype stages, so I vote no. But these guys are probably in the 2000-4000 copies produced, like the other Target scouts.
