Fun Facts Figure Completion # went down?

I happened to look at my Fun Facts on my collection page and I used to have (last time I checked) a figure count of 4138. Now, it shows 4099. Did something change? I hope no data was lost...

When I will work on the new ranking system.  I'll look into it.  

When was the last time you saw a count of 4138?  I'll make sure that I keep a backup of the data at that date.
