- did a little workaround action to get gradients working in IE9 (via SVG). Can any of you verify that they're showing up for you in IE9? Check the little panels  in the lists on the home page--they should grade from a light grey to white. Thanks, guys...

I am not seeing it. I've got IE9 and Firefox 4 here.

However, it would appear in either browser that the hover class on the rollover menu in the Welcome to shmax.com box (ui-state-active) has a slight overhang on the top border that does not appear on the inactive one. Is this on purpose?

Also the span.separator (sic) that has the headings for things like "Photo of the Day" and "More news" could use some padding on the left since in both browsers the first letter "P" or "M" clips the edge of the gray picture used as a background for those divs.

website is crawling now. I see the gradients in Opera, but when I scroll on the page they disappear.

Do me a favor, and press F12 in IE9 to bring up the developer tools, then look for the "clear browser cache" button (I think it might be on the network tab). Give it a click and then refresh and see if there's any change--thanks!

I cleared the cache (on the cache tab, silly! ) even tho I've never gone to the site with IE9. :p No change.

I don't see any reference to SVG anyways. What I do see in the source is a non-uniformity of the coding. Shame shame! BY that the use of ' and " as containers! Example:

Code Select

Anyways, am I to presume this "gradient" isn't specifically the one named gradient? The body background? You say I can see it in the Latest Releases list?

First a confusing thing you have 10-11 style sheets set in rel. I think this is because you are using different technologies to make all the parts of the website work? Anyways, I won't even bother trying to figure out where that background image comes from, mostly because there are duplicate objects in the CSS and it fails validation.
