- Fixed the contribute info page that was making an error.

- made a subtle change to the way errors are handled for some widget types on the modify record pages--they no longer try to clear or correct errors. The errors are simply left where they are so that the user can see what happened and make the necessary corrections himself

- make the "add photos" button as wide as the parent container
- use same glassy button styling for other "multi-widgets" (release info, form info, photo gallery)
