- fix issue with photo rejection reported by Engledogg
- fix issue with Flash sig not generating for some people (namely, me)

- changed the auction rules a bit to be more relaxed about finding "similar" items when computing searches (addresses a bad auction match reported by Wajo)

Data tweaks:
- added "btr" to the search tags for "built to rule"
