I added some pics to this part, and these are the errors I got which did not allow me to choose pics for the form:

This is a required field.
Enter as many forms as you like. Note that any changes made here will also be applied to any other parts that share this part's mold (except for photos). 

Submitting a photo? Use the gallery section above to upload your photo, then return here and select the photo you uploaded using the photo picker widget in the 'Image' column.
