Kre-O Optimus Prime variations, inaccuracies, errors - PLEASE HELP

I've discovered a few color inaccuracies between the Kre-O parts list provided with Optimus Prime and the actual parts themselves. I need someone to verifiy my findings with their parts to make sure I don't have some kind of QC error.

We're talking about the big Prime set.

-Part #00102 is shown on the list as being a white wheel. These are the little wheels that come pre-assembled on the bike FYI. The ones provided in my set are Medium Grey.

-Part #00161 is a 1x2 a modified plate and is shown on the list as Light Gray. The ones provided in my set are Silver.

-Part #10004 is a 1X1 rounded plate and is shown on the list as Light Grey. The ones in my set are Silver.

-Part #10010 http://shmax.com/product_details/8391/optimus_prime . The ones provided in my set are Silver

-Part #10064 http://shmax.com/part_details/26419/part_10064_light_gray . The ones in my set are Silver.

I have a variation here. How should we handle this:

We have this in the system as #10136 but the part # I have the list provided with my set is #00372. This is also true for all other colors of this part in this set.

This part does go with this set but it's Opaque Dark Blue.

Also, while there aren't any listings for Kreon chests, legs and heads in the parts lists provided with these sets I still think it's a good idea to list them. They are individual parts... maybe someone didn't finish entering this record? I dunno. I do know that there are a few parts missing so I'll have to go through the list later and sort it all out.

Quick question...which version of the Optimus Prime did you get?  Early sets have the Matrix version while later releases have the correct non-Matrix one...maybe that makes a difference?  My answers below are only based on the Hasbro.com instructions...I have these sets, but I have yet to open them up.  SoS made most of these records, so he'd be the best guy to address the issues, but here goes.

According to the instructions (Hasbro instructions), it should be white.

No clue...factory error?  Maybe the ends didn't get painted?  Or are the ends molded in grey?  I'm betting that the all-black versions were found in the "alternate" set...

It's showing on both Sentinel's and Optimus Prime's Hasbro.com instructions as being listed under "blue", but even the illustrations shows them being different colors (aqua for Sentinel, blue for Optimus)...so, I would think a new part is in order.

If I'm not mistaken, SoS mentioned some discrepancies when going through the parts (in terms of color), but sorta pressed onward so spliff could upload his photos...

Yeah, makes sense I suppose...I would leave all creation of these parts to SoS, though.  He entered the other thousand or so, and he has a system going, so I'd let him have that duty.

No paint on these. The ends are a rubberized plastic. I've actually seen this variation on other sets as well but they're ones that I don't own and I can't recall which. I think it's a running change.
