Bug fixes:
- issue where the total number of items displayed in the "top collectors" and "top submitters" portlets was not refreshing when new items were added (reported by Engledogg)
- cache refresh problem when creating new parts (reported by Engledogg)
- issue with the multi widget (release info, form widgets) dropping all but one row (reported by Engledogg)
