[RESOLVED]Couple of questions

Hi shmax and shmaxers. I have a few questions.
1st. I dl'd my collection (AWESOME feature btw) and notciced that at least one of my TFs (the newest tru MP Prime) weren't in the spead sheet. Now it doesnt seem like a complete listing in the DB so im wondering if that may be why?

2. What's the differnece between opened and loose? I have all of my boxes, cards, ect. even for ones I have on display. I have all wepons and instruction sheets. And for 85% of them I have all of the other inserts as well. I even have most of the twist ties and everything. So if I ever went to sell them they would be complete except for the fact that they had been opened. If I have all of that could accuratly list mine as opened instead of loose?

Opened is the equivalent of Loose, Complete, with box. So those 85% you mentioned can be entered as "opened" if you want. Or loose, its up to you.

Regarding #1, even if the product record doesn't have any contents, when you download your collection, it still should appear.  Might want to file a bug report in the Bugs forum.

Regarding #2, as Tripredacus said, "opened" is when you still have the packaging (in addition to the toy, of course) while "loose" is used if you tossed the packaging, only keeping the toy.

I thank you all very much. I will reassign my labels and submit a bug report later. I just woke up and am heading to brunch. I saw The Smashing Pumpkins at The Palace of Auburn Hills last night and it was fantastic. I love when bands play entire albums live. Anyway, thanks again folks.

Is this still happening for you, Antron? I just tried adding an empty record to my collection, and it appeared as expected in the downloaded spreadsheet. I do remember working on this bug at some point, so I may have fixed it and forgotten to tell anyone. Please verify...

Yep. You fixed it almost immediately  actually. I was having an issue with it opening in polaris office on my tablet too. It is a problem with the program itself though. I've had other issues with other files. It was pre-installed.

But yes you took care of it
