I believe figures and/or various sections are not being evaluated properly. Below are some examples, but I'm sure the situation is similar in most, if not all, other categories.
Consider the following while reviewing this issue - BBTS photos are flagged as 'missing/information needed.'

I have all MP figures except for some reissues of the same figures and Rodimus. Take MP Starscream (USA Edition), for example. Says only 2 photos are needed from me. http://www.shmax.com/product_details/35 ... sa_edition<!-- m --> there's only a single photo uploaded - This one is missing every photo possible save for the front. I own this one MIB, complete.
