Widget changes:
- converted the "Faction" input on the modify part page to a combo box (so you can add new Factions directly without waiting for a moderator to do it)
- converted the faction and manufacturer widgets on the search page
Signature changes:
- removed references to the Flash-based sig from the help page (*sniff* I worked hard on that and was proud of it, but nobody uses it and the .gif-based one is more fun)
- the default sig is now editable (but not delete-able)
- there is now always at least one signature record per user (for the default sig), thus fixing issues related to keeping the default sig in sync with a user's collection
- now tallying products collected (and not figures collected)
Url changes:
- changed the way urls are namespaced: brackets are out, underscores are in. The brackets were easily understood by apache, but they caused no end of hassles with the poorly-written bbcode parsers of the world (including at least one project I contributed to, myself), so I'm now using underscores, which require a little more work to interpret but make everybody else happy
