Where do these guys hail from?

I recently got these guys off ebay, and I'm not sure what region of the world they come from. They're from a seller out of Hong kong, but the packaging is in what appears to be both french and swedish? Possibly german...? Out of the three choices in the database, none seem correct. Help please...

They were released in Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
