Mystery McDonald's Happy Meal Ratchet

I got this toy off of eBay, and I thought at first it was the US Happy Meal toy, (the figure is identical, at least) but the packaging is different from what's on the website. It contained no instruction booklet, just the toy.

Hmm...

Ratchet wasn't part of the McDonald's France (different paint apps and Blitzwing) or Venezuela (unique molds) Happy Meal promotions (both in 2008)...so, I'm not entirely sure what that is.

But...I'm betting on it being from Malaysia.

Why?  Look at the the copyright on the front...2010.

Check out the description: McDonald's 2010 product....so, if that's accurate, that would sorta make sense as it works out with the copyright on the bag.

Awesome. That was my hunch, mostly because of the inclusion of Arabic script in with all the East and SE Asian languages, but I wanted to be sure before making a record for it.
