K, I frequently use TFU.info/ for research on toys I don't recognise or know the name of. if you've never been there here's what I'm talking about:
Color search for the Database
This is usually based on the two main colors of the toy and makes it really easy to find what I'm looking for since 9 times out of 10 most of us deal in loose toys and many times we don't know the name/packaging or even series that the toy came out in. It's extremely usefull and would definately prove the same here.
Mold reusses
Having links to other versions of the same mold within a page for one toy proves very useful. For instance; Energon Landmine and Landquake are the same mold but I prefer Landquakes color scheme (I f'n hate orange) and as such I bought landquake instead of the original. Many times I've taken new interest in a toy because the mold was either repainted or reused in another line. But many times I find I know the name of only one of the releases and not the other. It also proves very informative and it's handy to have this info at a glance for reference.
Name reusses
Same as above but this time instead of the toy mold being reused it's the name. On the page for the current toy there are links to each toy that shares the same name. Simple enough.
Any chance in getting a system like this (i know it's a lot of links to add) implemented? Things like this really make seaarching much easier.
