I know you currently have a "current value" estimation tool that looks at eBay prices.  But it's rarely accurate.  Could you add a new function that looks at what other collectors have paid (removing the highest and lowest 10%) in the last 6 months?

Actually we already have that, but I haven't activated it yet, as we're waiting on a feature from Spaceharfang to ensure data integrity. As for the auction data, please report any obvious flaws you see--in my experience it's usually very accurate.

Right now, I'm looking at http://shmax.com/product_details/1969/b ... creen_gt_2 .  I added it to my collection as MISB but the system is using the loose value to price it rather than the MISB price.

Looks like a bug, I'll check into it. More later...

Okay, so I fixed a bug (max and min values weren't respecting the date range), and while I was at it, increased the date range of values considered for appraisals from 6 months to 5 years (what the heck). That seems to fix the particular case you brought up, and should fix other similar cases. We'll get to factoring in the user data for appraisals when we can. Thanks for the bug!
