- fixed yet another subtle hyphen bug, this one relating to un-hyphenated (ie. "c311") terms in auction titles having no counterpart in the blacklist
- fixed initialization issue in the delete record page (reported by Engledogg)

That reminds me, I'm always wondering why the Delete record option even shows up to regular members.

Because regular members asked for it. Delete requests have to be reviewed and approved by moderators like anything else, but having the feature cuts down on email back-and-forth-ing with heavy users.
