It could have been me. If it concerns you whether it is the right icon, maybe start a separate thread. To me, it looks like a fist is going to hit something. I guess the partial X is a check to say you have the item?
I thought it was really the perfect logo for us. What better icon than a missile-fist to represent what we do here, which is tracking every last part of every last toy? It's not Transformers-specific, which aligns with our plans to expand soon, or even robot-specific, but to me evokes the spirit of toy collecting in general. Maybe it's just because I'm older than you guys, but it reminds me of the old Japanese Godzilla and Shogun Warrior toys I coveted as a kid that would have the fists you could launch by pressing a button.
And yes, the checkmark is supposed to be checking-off the fist in the "I own it!" sense, which is also what we do here.
I'll admit it's maybe a little hard to read at that size, but surely we're on the right track?!
