User submissions disabled for a few days

Hey guys, I'm very close to releasing a huge update for the site. One of the things that's getting an update is the format I store user submissions in, so I'm going to disable the submissions links for a few days to give the site mods a chance to work through the items currently waiting in the submission queue. That way there won't be any lost information when the switch happens.

They should be back up very soon. Thanks for hanging in there.
