More fixes for stuff reported by SoS and Engledogg:
- moderator submissions were going in the queue
- tech spec bio bbcode parsing wasn't happening
- fix photo dates on part and product detail pages
- fix weirdness for small part templates when two or more of the same one appear on a page (eg. shared molds, forms, and shared names)
- fix caching issue with moving products between toylines
- fix initialization of "Upcoming" checkbox in release widget
- restore the "preferred" functionality of manufacturer and faction name widgets
- fix js bug when adding new nodes in tree editor tool (mod-only thing)
