I tried searching for something in my inventory from my phone today and found it didn't work. I can type something in the search box (on the profile, not the one in the menu bar) but pressing enter doesn't do anything.

Also, while I can expand out the categories on the left side, clicking on one of the sections doesn't do anything.

Here is the user agent as reported with whatsmyuseragent.com:

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 5.0.1; SAMSUNG SCH-I545 4G Build/LRX22C) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) SamsungBrowser/2.1 Chrome/34.0.1847.76 Mobile Safari/537.36

Hmm, I never really expected people to be using this on mobile, but I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the bug.

I tried loading the page and doing a search in my own account on a Galaxy S4 android phone, and it seemed to work. It's possible that the bug has nothing to do with the platform. What exactly are you searching for?

Tripredacus

I can try to search for anything. For example I can type in Windcharger or Roadbuster and press the go button. The page submits the search and the URL changes appropriately, but it still just shows everything.

I also am using a Galaxy S4.

Which browser are you using? I tested in chrome.

Chrome I think. It is the "internet" icon on the screen. I posted my user agent in the first post.

Also: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?url=http://www.shmax.com/tripredacus

However that site seems to be more concerned the actual design, rather than functionality.

Still no luck. I used the "Internet" browser, loaded your page, and was able to search normally. If you're around this weekend, why don't you send me an IM; I'll set up some logging, and keep an eye on what's happening on the back end.

Closing this, as we've not heard any further info from Trip, and because we recently mobile-ized the entire site.
