Chaotic Descent, I still don't quite understand. You're saying that you can't add those items to your collection, but I visited a few of your pages and you DO have them. Do you mean that you can't add a second item? What would be helpful is if you can explain this to us with detailed steps. For example:
1. Go to this page https://www.shmax.com/product_details/5805/heatwave
2. Confirm that there are no items from your collection listed under the "Your collection" section of the right sidebar.
3. Click "Add to my collection"
Expected result:
- a blue bar representing a collection item appears
Actual result:
- no blue bar appears

Something like that would help. Thanks much.
Correct. Despite it showing up in my collection results, there is no blue bar like there are for other items in my collection.
Clicking on "add to my collection" does not show any indication on that page that anything has happened. No blue bar like with other items. Other items work normally both before and after, so it's not like my login is timing out at any point.
.... it DOES seem to be adding it.... because now I have two Heatwaves listed in my collection results. and I can remove them from that "collection" result page, via the mouse-over option "delete" on the right side. "details" works, but "edit" does not.
I don't know. It's hard to figure out what it is or isn't doing. I tried to add a 2nd Breakaway, and it didn't show a 2nd one in the collection results. I deleted it, and THEN it let me add two. but it still doesn't have the blue bar, so I can't edit it to be loose or anything.

It has blue bars that I can edit for the other 3 members, but not the 2 glitched ones. It's like they have write-protection on them or something.

Ah, that helped. I'm still not entirely sure which page you're talking about, but I was able to reproduce some of the symptoms you and TriKlops were describing when on a part details page (eg. https://shmax.com/part_details/79984/optimus_prime), specifically the Collection UI blue bars in the "Comes Packaged in" section of the page. If you're curious, it was indeed related to parsing of the "date bought" information.

If you guys are still having trouble after this, please, oh please provide specific repro steps, providing links to specific pages and records whenever humanly possible, even if it "happens everywhere". Keep in mind that there are a lot of different ways to interact with the collection UI on the site, and no two pages are put together quite the same way, so it's extremely important to be as specific as possible when reporting problems.

I'm having the same problem as CD. I can add stuff to my collection, that part works and they will show up on my profile. But the blue UI bars have just ceased to exist. Not only that, even after a new addition is on my profile, I still can't edit. The "edit" button just doesn't respond. For me, this is not isolated to any specific products, but across the whole board. I'm seeing this same result for both my computer (Safari v14.0.2 on M1 Mac) and mobile (iOS 14.4).

EDIT: I take it back. The edit option on my profile is only unresponsive on my newest additions. For everything else it does open a popup, but it does not save any changes I try to make.

JS_Prime thanks for specifying your browser version, but I have not been able to reproduce any of the symptoms you describe. Please provide exact steps with links to specific pages.

Also, if possible, please confirm if you experience these same problems in Chrome.

I seem to be having the same issue as pointed out by some others. I can't find any trend in what causes this outside of a few items. When I attempt to add https://www.shmax.com/product_details/399/powerpinch to my collection for instance nothing ends up happening on the page itself. What I have noticed is that if I go to my profile and search for the item it will come up, but still not allow me to edit any of the details of it. Even sorting with Added to Collection under profile from newest doesnt bring it up.
I was able to verify this happens on multiple devices and browsers. Again I had no issues with some other items I added over the past week such as https://www.shmax.com/product_details/32904/decepticon_red_wing and https://www.shmax.com/product_details/26771/blunderbuss_broadside, but power pinch and https://www.shmax.com/product_details/430/buzzclaw are the ones doing this so far.

Thanks destron1, I was able to reproduce your issue (but only in Firefox), and have checked-in a fix. Hopefully this will be enough to settle the rest of you folks, as well, but if it isn't, please remember to post detailed steps (with links to specific pages) and your browser information if you're still seeing problems.

So, another one here; smaller than before.
Typed in Soundbarrier in search bar.
Got listing with exploded UI, only showing one in my collection, even though i already have 3 and am adding a 4th.
*also noted it has the NaN date scheme still
Once i clicked on his individual link, my previous purchases showed up , collapsed normal UI, and allowed me to add new one purchase.
Once added, i clicked on the battle masters link to verify listing.
All Battlemasters came up with one listing per figure that i have, even though i have multiples, with an exploded UI and the NaN date issue as well.

triKlops, I fixed one last lingering date issue I found on the part details page, but other than that I'm unable to reproduce the behavior you're describing. Are you using Safari? The problem there is that it's no longer supported on Windows, and I'm unable to test with it. There are various tools and services that try to help a developer bridge that gulf, but they're not free and before I get involved with them I wonder if you can help me out the next time you see a problem like this.
What I would like you to do is access the developer tools, and go into the console: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/
Once you're on the "Console" tab, send me a screenshot of whatever is there (I imagine you'll see some red text). Also, send me the EXACT LINK of the page you're on when you see the error.
If none of that works, if you're willing we may have to get on a Zoom call or something so you can share your screen and let me see exactly what it is you're seeing.
