he's showing up under cybertron, not under timelines...is that right?

Yep...he was released right before the transition to Timelines.  He's got Cybertron instructions, and IIRC, his bio references the Speed Planet.

ah, okay, that's what i was thinking...i wasn't sure if maybe he would be retconned into timelines, or if he would stick within cybertron...
