In this thread I will post my customs. In this thread we will rejoice in my odd tastes and sensibilities. And away we go!

First up: ROTF Knockout. I didn't like the fact that the bikes side panels just detached so I added screws to stop this. This mod still allows the toy to transform as it should (if it didn't I wouldn't be doing it) seeing as how the panels need to rotate.




BW Megatron Reformatted.

Long, long ago in a thread far, far away I took Classic Megatrons head and modded/painted it to fit my Alt Ravage. Now I have a Megatron instead of a Ravage and there's much rejoicing but alas, I am left with a headless and strangely colored Classic Megs. So I waited and waited and it hit me: BW Megatron got a reformat! This is my first attempt at purely scratch building a part. I cut the top of the head off cause it was silly big (and wouldn't fit inside the gun mode) shaved the sides and front and gave it some new paint all around. I like him  :twisted:

Just LMK if you see something that you'd like better pics of. A lot of stuff that I've done was done prior to me getting interested in photography so there are crappy pics abound.

No other modifications as of yet but I'm thinking of ordering a custom sticker set for the altmode.

Oh, and seeing as how I've gotten a lot of sales inquiries on this piece I'll just put this out there:

I'll trade/sell it, yes, but only for Classics/Henkei Skywarp and Ramjet so that I may create another that is more play friendly for my collection.

Finally got around to shooting some pics of my upgraded Captain America. I really like this mold but I was just put off by the use of red and blue in the alt mode and how it just doesn't tie together. There's just a lack of general detail and paint apps on these latest Crossover molds that annoys me. Well, no more.
Added;
-Flat black to the grill, waist, forearms, hips and rear tail lights
-Silver to the rear bumper, Sidesteps, Front Window armor and touch ups to the front bumper
-Gloss red to the front window armor
-Gloss Blue on the rear fenders
-Custom Red/Silver mix for the rear tail lights

Have you tried to do anything with Thor?  The bot mode looks decent, but good Lord, that alt mode is nasty.  Looks almost like a knockoff.

I purchased him, played around with it a little bit and got pissed off because parts of him wouldn't stay together. So, he went back in the box and back to the store.

Yeah, I saw your post over at TFINO. I'm gonna have to say no. A) I hate the time constraint and pressure to deliver on commissions and B) the one head I've done only has a resculpted skull cap made out of Sculpy which really isn't that durable or good to work with for your purpose and I know nothing of casting. Sorry Slugpitcher.
