Cybertron Cannonball. While this isn't the first transforming toy I've owned that has an eye patch (google DX Web Knight Garyun sometime) it is certainly the first official TF pirate toy- to my knowledge anyway- and how can I say no to rebellious robot?! Not to mention a cute and pudgy one! He's so awesome!
