[RESOLVED] My Rank is 0; other's seem to be working

Thought maybe there was some maintenance going on, but not sure if this is the case for my 'issue.'  My collection profile shows my rank as "0."  My dynamic signature shows the same thing.  Been going on for the last 24 hours or so.  However, when I view other members' signatures, they have what appears to be an accurate assignment.  Verified it was not an IE8 problem.  Also cleared out cookies.

This bug has been bugging me forever. It's difficult to fix because no one's ever figured out how to reproduce it consistently. So, in the short term, I've cleared the statistics data, so the next time you view your rank you should see a meaningful number, and for the long term I've set up a log that will report this error to me directly the next time it happens, along with all of the variables involved so I can repeat it. Thanks for the report!

Fixed! I think. The log trick worked like a charm. Near as I can tell, the problem was happening when you viewed the fun facts for a category for which you don't own any toys. Does that more or less check out? I was able to repeat it for my own collection by surfing my way to oddball cats, like Venezuela > Animated. I'm now properly handling the don't-own-any case, and simply not showing a rank for those categories. Next!
