Hi,

I'd like to propose that current value of a loose figure should be bound to the figure record instead of a package record.

My reasonning here is that often, the only difference between a Canadian item and its United State counterpart is the box.
Once it is loose, it is the same item.

Being a Canadian collector, I'd like to set the proper records for my items, but the main drawback is that I pretty much loose the current value feature.

Thank you,

shmax

Interesting idea! I'll have to think about that one carefully, but the truth is that the appraisal system is still unfinished. The one big killer feature that I need to do is to use a collector's own price paid data to fill in gaps when there isn't enough auction data to draw from. Once I have that, I may be able to extend the work such that the system will establish links between products that are just re-packagings of other products, such as US/Canadian releases when trying to appraise value. Unfortunately it's not a trivial task, but I will get to it eventually! At the moment I'm working on a complete overhaul of the site's look, so stay tuned for that.

Oh, and I fixed the bug that was causing the 0/1 issue with your recent submissions! Thanks much for bringing it to our attention.

The price paid data idea is pretty good for the cases where there is a lack of data from ebay.

Thanks for the bug fix.

Just tried to submit a new record.

Now I don't get the chance to put in the item qty.  Where the field is supposed to appear, I get a php error.

Happens too when I try to add an accessory record

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /var/www/vhosts/shmax.com/includes/templates/browse_skus.php5 on line 74: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
