[RESOLVED] Internal Server Error on many pages

The home page is fine, but almost every other page has an internal server error; like: http://shmax.com/database/1?r=0

Things seem to be back to normal, though unfortunately I wasn't able to figure out what the issue was (nothing in the logs). *scratches head*

I checked the QoS logs on temple media.

We haven't bumped any resource limits.

We'll keep an eye out for repeats.
