Still don't stay logged in

I have tried both and I always have to login. It might keep me logged in for a visit or two, but it doesn't keep me logged in for any decent amount of time. It is a bit of an inconvenience.

Ed and I have done a little research, and this is apparently a problem that plagues the forum software we use. I'll plan to upgrade to a more recent version, but in the meantime I've flushed the session tables, which should hopefully clear up the problem for some of you (you will have to log in at least once).
