- show a submission error on the modify part form when submitting a mold # that doesn't exist (reported by Engledogg)

There is an issue with instructions booklets.  They default a mold_id #1, which the systems reports as invalid when you submit.  You can work around it by deleting the mold id from the text box before submitting.

Yep, it seems the 1 is there by default as soon as you open up the page, no matter what part you're trying to create.  It stays until you change it, but for stuff like instruction booklets or label sheets (anything with no mold number), it gives the error.
