- Added new pages for administering manufacturers, stores, and faction names (moderator only)
- manufacturer and faction widgets on the product and part update pages will now show "preferred" options at the top of the list so that you don't have to go looking for the common ones (Hasbro, Takara, Autobot, Decepticon, etc), or they will as soon as one of the mods tags the ones they want to be preferred
