- show shipping and handling in the collection row UI header (requested by HP)
- use Graded/Sealed/Opened/Loose instead of Graded/MISB/MIB/Loose in the condition widgets in the collection UI (been meaning to do that forever)

- set a minimum possible date on the calendar widget equal to the earliest release date
- try to work around lack of CSS3 gradient support in IE9 and Opera by using svg fills. Seems to work well enough...
