- restored "Today" and "Release date" shortcut links to collection UI
- fixed issue where you could choose a date before the item was released
- fixed issue where the month that you type in would increment by one

- turned off the add/update links again until I can fix one last bug. Sorry 'bout this, folks

As requested by SOS:
- moderators can now specify a "tech data color" in the Edit Faction Names page
- any colors specified for faction names will be used as the color of the tech data bars when viewing part details pages
- these colors can be overridden as desired by using a "color" attribute in the bbcode tag. For example:
