[RESOLVED]Unable to select toy variant

Get's me all the way to Powermaster Autobots, but can't make an exact selection.  Menu option stops at 'Autobots.'


Optional reading:  Unless there's an overhaul, I'm wondering if possible use the same menu-style that's available with mold choices or package selections?  Besides consistency, it's a little frustrating to use this drop-down....if your mouse leaves the menu the drop down disappears completely.. if you're 5 deep in, and it disappears you have to start all over from the beginning.. this actually happens all over the site with this similar menu system.  Using Firefox 16x.

Is this still happening for you? I just tried playing around with the breadcrumb widget, and it seemed to work.

I agree it's a little squirrely to use; when I get some time I'll see if I can do a little fine-tuning.

Still not-working for me.   Same procedure as above.. Autobots won't expand.  Also, tried clicking on the arrow at the end also, but that just makes the menu disappear altogether.

Try clicking on the categories/subcategories as you go.  Instead of hovering, click on United States, which sort of locks United States in place, then click Generation 1, and so on.  That way if you move your mouse, everything doesn't go back to square one.

Also, Powermaster Prime is in the "Others" subcategory because he isn't in the same assortment as the Powermaster Autobots (both he and Doubledealer have no assortment numbers).

Thanks, Mike.  That makes the menu's stay put.  Good tip.

As for the rest, still can't expand.  I'm sure I would have figured he would be in the 'others' category once I saw the last menu expand.. at least I hope!   However.. issue persists in 'others' category. So, still broken for me.

Which section/field are you working with that won't expand?

'Others' in this case.  I receive no menu afterwards to select a figure.  Just stops cold.

If you mean up in the Toyline section, "Others" is the last pane you can choose (it stops there as there's nothing past it)...for variant, it should go one more.

Ohhhh, you're talking about the variant section...and I am a moron, haha.  I just woke up, so, of course, I didn't read the title of your post...me Grimlock genius.

Anyhow, when you hover over Others nothing happens.  But, if you hover over the orange triangle to the right of it, the figures should appear.  Try that.

Right.. tried that to begin with.. triangle doesn't expand to the figures... categories is as far as I can go.

Weird...are you using Google Chrome?  Maybe the browser makes a difference?
