Can anyone provide a concrete (confirmed) release date for the U.S. release of the G.I. Joe 30 Snake Eyes & Timber: Alpha Commandos set?

Yep, I saw that.

I've been trying to research online when it came out, which has been unsuccessful as info on the web has been spotty, at best - early copies, half shipments, people buying them from overseas, but the buyers are located in the U.S., etc.
