Today's photo comes to us again from shutterbug superstar Hellscream333 and features Scalpel, the freakish little M.D. that made his debut in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen.  Like most doctors, this guy charges an arm and a leg for his services...only, literally.  der Doktor sieht Sie jetzt!
