[RESOLVED]Downloading Collection?

Hey,

    I'm trying to download my collection, however it's only downloading the United States collection and not the rest of my Japanese stuff. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Well, it could be a bug, but I suspect you just haven't noticed the "sheets" interface. When you open the document, look at the bottom of the window--you should see a series of little tabs for North America, Japan, etc. Let me know!

I did get it to work while at work, I see the tabs. We have excell. At home I don't have actual excell, I have the Microsoft works spreadsheet thing and it doesn't seem to have the tabs, it makes me open each collection seperately. I also have to down load it three times to be able to select each collection individually.

Unfortunately I don't have the resources right now to troubleshoot all the different spreadsheet programs, but if you want to access your data at home I can verify that OpenOffice's Calc program works just fine (and is free).

Are you still around, MegatronWP38? I rewrote the collection download app today, and I think I may have fixed this one. Can you please test it out and let me know? I don't have Excel or Works. Thanks!
