- fix form widget validation error reported by Engledogg, such that you get a proper validation error if you don't select a form when adding form rows using the form widget (those who know what I mean know what I mean)

- fix issue with submission of descriptive text with odd characters (like the copyright symbol).

- fix issue the url launched when clicking one of the left column tabs is launched.  With the exception of the View Collection page, they were pointing toward the Browse Sku page, used for searching.  Now it default on the currently viewed page, only changing the category.
